Browns Bay is one of the Bays largest townships, it stretches just about the length of Browns Bay beach. Just behind the shopping centre is a large playground for children, boat ramp, barbeque area, and a large changing room/toilet block, all supplemented by plenty of parking.

On the reserve there is a skateboard area and for the water skier there is an off shore ski lane.

Within Browns Bay itself is plenty of shopping, restaurants, and cafes to relax or dine at.
